Insurance

Psychotherapy services may be covered in full or in part by your private health insurance or employee benefit plan.

After every session you will be provided with an invoice and a receipt to submit the claim with your insurance.

Please check your coverage carefully and ask the following questions:

· Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

· Does it cover psychotherapy with Registered Psychotherapists?

· How much coverage do I have per year?

· Does my plan reset according to the calendar year?
